BloomBlocks is a WordPress block plugin. This site — bloomblocks.net — is its marketing and support site, run by Sunflower Theme. This page describes what personal data the site handles. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect

The site has no user accounts, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

The only personal data we collect is what you send us through the support form: your name, your email address, your message, whether it is a question or a bug report, your WordPress version (required for bug reports, optional otherwise), and, for bug reports, the steps to reproduce the problem.

How it is used

Your submission is delivered by email to our support mailbox (support@bloomblocks.net) and used only to answer you. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share or sell your details to anyone.

Who processes it

Two service providers handle data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and routes our email. Like any web host, it processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse.
• Resend delivers support-form submissions to our mailbox as email.

We do not control these providers' own privacy practices; see their privacy policies for details.

How long we keep it

Support emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to handle your request and to keep track of reported bugs. If you would like your messages deleted, just ask.

Your rights

Email support@bloomblocks.net to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data-protection law (such as the GDPR); we will honour them.

Changes

If the site starts doing more than described here, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date.
